Educational Qualification:
| Tejaswini Project Coordinator | The candidates must have passed a Post Graduate degree in Education, Social Science or the equivalent from a recognized Board with Good knowledge of Hindi/English and At least 10 years of experience in managing education service programme in India. |
| Supervision Officer | The candidates must have passed a Post Graduate degree in Education, Social Science or the equivalent from a recognized Board with Good knowledge of Hindi/English and At least 03 years of experience in managing education service programs preferably with open schooling system. |
| Operations Officer | The candidates must have passed a Post Graduate degree in Education, Social Science or the equivalent from a recognized Board with Good knowledge of Hindi/English and At least 3 years of experience in education service programs with development of course material training material for teachers etc. |
| Academic Coordinator | The candidates must have passed a Post Graduate degree in Education/B.Ed. degree or the equivalent from a recognized Board with Good knowledge of Hindi/English and At least 3 years of experience in education service program with development of course material training material for teachers etc. |
| Computer Operator | The candidates must have passed a Graduate in any discipline or the equivalent from a recognized Board with Good knowledge of Hindi/English and Ability to work on computers with a speed not less than 6000 key depressions per hrs. |
