Educational Qualification:
| Boat Master | The candidates must have passed 10th, ITI, Diploma, Second Class Master Certificate, or the equivalent from a recognized Board. |
| Boat Operator | The candidates must have passed 10th, ITI, Second Class Engine Driver & Serang Certificate, or the equivalent from a recognized Board. |
| Boat Assistant | The candidates must have passed 10+2, ITI, Diploma, Serang Certificate, or the equivalent from a recognized Board. |
| Manager | The candidates must have passed Post Graduate in Finance/Accounts, Cost & Budgetary Control, Working Capital Management, etc, or the equivalent from a recognized Board. |
| Assistant (Finance) | The candidates must have passed MCOM/CA Intermediate/ICWAI Intermediate or the equivalent from a recognized Board. |
