Genshin Impact Leak Reveals Which Fatui Harbingers Will Become Playable

While the selection of playable characters seems to be the main focus of Genshin impact, the game also features a variety of iconic villains. Enemies in Genshin Impact can be divided into several families, from harmless Slimes to terrifying Mystic Beasts.

Of all the enemies in the game, one group stands out to most players, and they are called the Eleven Fatui Harbingers. They are mysterious fighters who work for the Fatui organization under the command of Genshin Impact’s Cryo Archon, known as Tsaritsa.

Genshin Impact’s recent teaser video featuring the famous Harbingers certainly shocked the community. Nine of the eleven Harbingers have gathered to pay tribute to another Harbinger named Rosalyne who died in battle against the mighty Electro Archon known as Raiden Shogun. The video has received a lot of attention in the community as it marks the first time developer HoYoverse has revealed the design of all Harbingers. With all the new characters, the majority of the community started to wonder which ones will become playable. One of the most credible leakers in the Genshin Impact world, SpendYourPrimos, has revealed which Harbingers are likely to join the playable roster in the future.

The leaker confirms that six of them will definitely become playable, two very likely and there is no information yet on Pierro and Rosalyne, otherwise known as La Signora. In order to bring Rosayline to the playable roster, developer HoYoverse would have to raise her from the dead somehow. In Pierro’s case, the main reason his status is unknown is probably that players suspect he could be one of the bad guys in the endgame, as he’s rumored to be the strongest of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers.

The leaker’s list only contains ten names because one of the Harbingers, Tartaglia, better known as Childe, is already part of the playable roster. At the time of his introduction to the game, players expected more Harbingers to follow his arrival, but it seems HoYoverse decided to take it easy. According to recent Genshin Impact leaks, of the remaining Harbingers, Scaramouche has the best chance of appearing on any of the upcoming banners.

Rumors have suggested that it could arrive around Genshin Impact update 3.2, which should be released around November 2022. Leaks have already revealed that he will be a new Genshin Impact catalyst user with the ability to fire a power beam that deals elemental AoE damage. However, these leaks should still be taken with a grain of salt, as HoYoverse hasn’t even revealed his element, despite becoming an important part of the story.

Genshin impact is now available for mobile, PC, PS4 and PS5. A Switch version is currently in development.
