Qualification:
For Practicing Advocates / Pleaders and Assistant Public Prosecutor:-
- Applicants should pass a degree in law from any university or institution recognized by the University Grants Commission established/incorporated under federal law or state law and be registered with the Bar Council in Tamil Nadu / other States.
- Applicants should Have worked as a lawyer in any court on the date of notice of vacancy for this post. In addition, you must have at least three years of experience as a lawyer (Or)
- Must have worked as an Assistant Attorney General with at least three years of experience as an attorney or assistant attorney general.
Fresh Law Graduates:
- Must have a degree in law from any university or institution recognized by the University Grants Commission established/incorporated under federal law or state law.
- Must be eligible to register with the Bar Council.
- Applicants under the allotted categories should have scored 45% marks and applicants under the open categories should have secured 50% marks.
- Must have a degree in law three years prior to the date of notification of vacancy for this post
